How We Helped

We conducted a thorough pre-move-in walkthrough with photographic documentation of every room, fixture, fitting, and surface — including several items requiring the landlord's attention before occupancy. All documentation was issued to both parties and stored with us. We also reviewed the lease for ambiguous maintenance obligations and had two clauses clarified in writing before signing.
